Imagine further that without warning, the person you are talking to pulls a football out of his bag and throws it at you. Chances are, you wont catch the ball. After a few minutes of conversation, the person throws another football at you. Again, a fifty-fifty chance you will catch the ball. After a few minutes more, he throws at you again. This time, youre much more likely to catch it. Unfortunately, with an edged weapon attack, you only get one chance. I do not want to nor will this course teach you to be a knife fighter. It will teach you to recognize an impending attack, defuse it if you can, have the tools to counter it if you have to, and above all, survive the encounter.
