Rather, he takes the position of orthodox Christianity and looks at various challenges that have been raised against it. Is Christianity inherently anti-Jewish for claiming that Jews must embrace Jesus as Messiah? Are revived "hallucination theories" about Christ's resurrection tenable explanations of the birth of the Christian movement?
